Why should I bother?

Although this is not a MUST, we ask you to follow the instructions to help other members view the forum more easily. As images with larger than around 600 pixels in wide-side causes slow page load and cause a drag-effect for forefox users. [IE have less problem with this issue]

As such, we suggest all users help to make other users view the board faster and easier.

Images posting guide (คำแนะนำการโพสต์รูป)

1. Images should be no larger than 600 pixels in the long-side. [ie. 600 x 400 or 350 x 600]
(ไฟล์รูปภาพควรมีขนาดไม่เกิน 600 - 700 pixel ในด้านยาว เช่น 600x400 หรือ 350x600)

2. If you wish to post larger images on the forum, please use Thumbnails. (See below)

Resizing Images (การลดขนาดรูป)

There are many ways and applications that could help you resize the images. The most common is ACDSee.
(ด้านล่างจะเป็นการสาธิตการลดขนาดรูปโดยใช้โปรแกรม ACDSee นะครับ)

To resize the Image with ACDSee, just do as follow. [based on ACDSee 8]

1. Click "Edit Image" on the Quick Icon on the program tab. Choose "resize", then "apply" and save.
(กดที่ Edit Image บนแถบ Quick Icon ด้านบนแถบเมนู เลือก Resize ปรับขนาดภาพที่ต้องการ และกด Apply จากนั้นเซฟ)

2. Or go to "Tools" > "Resize". Choose the desired resolution, apply, then save file.

Using thumbnails (การใช้งาน Thumbnails)

what is thumbnails? (Thumbnails คืออะไร)

Thumbnails are small-sized image created by the Image Hosting Site for use as a preview in forums.
(Thumbnail เป็นไฟล์ภาพขนาดเล็กที่ถูกสร้างขึ้นโดยเวบฝากรูปเพื่อใช้ในการแสดงรูปตัวอย่างในฟอรัม ซึ่งช่วยให้ผู้ใช้งานสามารถเข้าชมเว็บได้ง่ายขึ้น เนื่องจากมีการโหลดข้อมูลน้อยลง เมื่อผู้ใช้งานกดที่ Thumbnail Image ก็จะแสดงภาพขนาดเต็มให้ดู)

This helps users with low Internet Speed [56K] to view the forum more easily, as few data are loaded. The user can then click on the thumbnails for full-sized images if they wish to see the picture.

How to get Thumbnails? (การใช้งาน Thumbnails)

Most Image Hosting Site offers automatic thumbnails generation for Board use. Simply copy the link and paste it in the forum.
(เวบโฮสติ้งส่วนมากที่ให้บริการอัพโหลดรูปจะมีการสร้างไฟล์ Thumbnail ให้ผู้ใช้อยู่แล้ว คุณเพียงต้องทำการ copy link ที่เขียนว่า Thumbnail [BBCode] มาและวางลงในช่องโพสต์เท่านั้น)

Note: When using thumbnails, there's no need for image code or any code, just copy and paste it in the reply box. -- Just don't forget to use the BBCode, not the html one

หมายเหตุ: เมื่อใช้งาน thumbnails คุณไม่จำเป็นต้องกด Code สำหรับ Image เพียงแค่ Copy Code 0ากเว็บฝากรูปมาและวางบนช่องโพสต์เท่าันั้น อย่าลืมว่า ForumGogo ใช้งาน BBCode ไม่ใช่ Html นะครับ
